The Indian manufacturer Tata Motors is currently developing its new car electrical named Vista Tata Indica EV. It is produced in collaboration with the Norwegian company Milfoils Grenland AS (a subsidiary of Tata Motors Europe).
Here is the latest information concerning: the South Korean company Energy Innovation Group (EIG) which will supply batteries lithium-ion polymer to Milfoils Grenland AS for the Tata Indica Vista Electric.
These batteries will be tested early 2010. The next ambitious goal is the following: the production of 2 million lithium-ion cells around 2012.
